On tap at Old Stove - Ballard, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out soapy hops, some syrupy notes, and earthiness. Flavour is muddled, with pithy stone fruits, muddled hops, and earthiness. This is all sorts of fucked up. Thick, syrupy palate — ugh. Bad.

4 oz draft. The aroma and flavor is passion fruit for days! Nice long lasting passionfruit with a note of herbal hop in the background. Pleasing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has slightly pithy citrus and some sweet tropical fruits and a hint of sweet grain backing. Flavor has a decent amount of guava with some sweet citrus and light grains underlying.

Fairly bright, medium bitterness, stone fruits and some citrus. Ok but I’m still not knocked out by the malt.

Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy dark golden color with a medium thick frothy white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Herbal hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft 10 oz pour at Hop and Hound, Bothell. A thick, cloudy, golden orange pour with a soap bubble head. A very nice fresh fruit quality to this IPA. Tropical fruit hop aroma, a lot like the flavor, with a cool constant. Juicy pineapple and pear. A low bitter hoppy finish. Excellent IPA here.
