IP trade with AFHops, thanks Chris. Just had a red ipa. I like this. Just enough sweet to offset the dry rye. thin white retaining head, cloudy yellow/gold. A-rye/wheat-slight sweet. T-spice/earthy hops, 2nd lt malt/rye.

Can (2/8/22) pour from Craft Beer Cellar, Newton. It's a cloudy, pale yellow with no sparkle, finger-width off-white head with decent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong floral/perfume with lemon citrus. Taste is strong initial lemon citrus (a bit Pledge-like) with late bitter pine. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture with soft carbonation and finish as taste with lingering resinous bitterness. Overall, for something so locally sourced and genuine, they've managed to cook up something that tastes industrial and fake.

16 oz. can. Dated: 02/08/22. Thanks going to tfontana for the trade! Aroma shows mild fruit with a soft floral note. Soft floral throughout with a mild hint of fruit and mild herbs. The hops definitely are unique. Hop profile reminds me more of a West Coast IPA.
