Explain to me, if you will, the relevance of this? Well, 8. Parabola is a punchy, fragrant APA with a huge Columbus burst that complements the smooth malt bill. More? Okay, as you travel across the parabola of our beer’s taste profile you should experience the same joy that we had in making it. If nothing else it will help you recall “the sibilant scented silence that shimmered where we sat”.

Cask at Ebenezers, Nantwich. Pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head and good lacing. There are apricots and summer fruits in the aroma. Pretty much the same in the mouth, but here you can separate it into tangerines and grapefruit mixed with tea leaves. Some floral hops are lurking there too. Finish is dry with citrus leanings. It’s OK, but not really my sort of beer.
