A Golden bitter. A good sweet malt backbone is balanced with a woody, spicy and slightly peppery hop profile from the classic English and European hops.

Cask @ The New Oxford, Salford. Golden with a thin head. Has a light hopped berry-seeetness in character. Possibly a tad thin tasting.

13th June 2015: cask half-pint in Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, Oakengates. Old gold in colour with a creamy head, the whole beer was smooth and slick in nature even if the body was slightly hazy. Fruity nose and taste, mild apple tones mid-sip with a finish that was dry and semi-bitter. Decent.
