Taster pour on tap at 13th annual NH Brewfest. It's a dark brown/black with thin cap of beige-light brown head and decent retention. Aroma is roasted malt, vanilla, berry. Taste is really strong roasted malt (bordering on burnt), dark chocolate, bourbon, wood. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with roasted bitterness. Overall, strong flavor over aroma but both are good.

13th annual New Hampshire brew fest draft sample. The base imperial Stout shows a good amount of roasted backbone that is complemented by the red wine barrel. Some dark chocolate. Nice texture and mouth feel. Quite good!
