This is our newest IPA coming in at 7.0% abv. This one is hopped in the kettle with Citra hops and then double dry hopped with New Zealand Rakau hops for an explosion of dank, tropical, and stone fruit goodness. This one is fermented with our house ale yeast and finishes with a nice clean crisp bite.

Can pour from share with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque dark yellow with no sparkle, thin cap of off white head quickly fading to a ring with no lacing. Aroma is strong tropical fruit and citrus with mild late herb. Taste is strong herb along with tropical fruit, citrus and grainy malt backbone. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, lively carbonation and dry, yeasty finish as taste. Overall, much more an NEIPA than an IPA and strong aroma and taste. A little over carbonated.
