Bottle pour shared by Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! It's a clear light brown (maple syrup) with light viscosity, thin cap of light brown head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, honey, caramel. Taste is strong honey, bourbon, caramel. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation, light alcohol heat, and finish as taste. Overall, strong flavor and aroma with no alcohol flavor.
6/19/20 93/540 aroma is toffee, brown sugar, raisin, dark fruit. Barrel shows a nice treatment, oak, fruity notes with a lingering barrel finish. Hard to believe it's 15.2%.

500 ml bottle. 2020 vintage. Bottle # 87 / 540. Aroma shows oak, Heaven Hill and honey hints. The barrel treatment definitely enhances the base brew. Heaven hill take center stage with hints of vanilla, toffee, and oak. Warming after the sip but definitely not boozy. Medium plus body. Reminds me of BCS barley wine from back in the day. Awesome!

Draft at the brewery, pours a transparent cream soda color, ring of white head. Nose has booze, caramel, treacle, bourbon and brandy, maybe even Vermouth. Flavor is like a cocktail, malt, caramel, vanilla, bourbon, brandy, toffee chips, wet wood. Full bodied, oily, boozy finish. Weeeeee! 7 3 7 3 13
