Can (4/30/21) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's a milky dark yellow-light brown with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-width off-white foam head with excellent retention and decent soapy lacing. Aroma is strong grassy/herbal green hops and piney resin and crackers. Taste is strong grassy/herbal green hops, pine and bready backbone. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin, grainy texture, soft carbonation, mild alcohol warmth and crisp, dry, yeasty finish with lingering moderate bitterness. Overall, not a juicy DNEIPA and more bitter than most, which is surprising to me given the hop mix.

Pours murky mango into an English pint. Bright white head with excellent retention. Sweet lychee and mango aromas. Thick with melon, lychee and mango upfront turning to warm creamy caramel in the lasting finish. Nice.

16 oz. can. Date: 04/30/21. Aroma is pine, herbal, and leafy green hops. Flavor has a mild cracker malt backbone with a good amount of pine / herbal bitterness. Light resin notes toward the finish. Amazing drinking considering the bitterness. It reminds me of THE original New England IPA from Vermont. Mild balance with a ton of pine and herb. Lives up to it’s namesake.
