Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Third Window Brewing, Bierbara is inspired by the holiday spice and sweetness of the traditional Christmas dish, Burbara. This Belgian-style quadrupel ale was crafted with Syrah grapes and spices and matured in bourbon barrels for a bold and well-balanced ale worthy of a feast.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
750 ml from 2019 from the RS. Aroma is red grape, berries, and sugar. Flavor is a bolder display of red grapes with the spice representing cinnamon and the finish. Maybe a hint of nutmeg. The spice cuts the grape sweetness really well. A winner here!
