Stout aged in Maker’s Mark barrels for a year, then finished on banana, vanilla, and graham cracker. Made in collaboration with Mortalis Brewing.

Aroma is grahm cracker, light vanilla, maybe a whiif of banana. Taste follows aroma, vanilla in the finish. ABV is well hidden, barrel is nicely integrated. Needs more banana.

500 ml bottle. Bottle date: 01/18/2021. Numbered 121 / 1600. Aroma shows me bold graham cracker and vanilla. The flavor of the stout is without question Graham cracker with vanilla. Banana is a little hard to find. 13% is hidden but it gets to be real sweet as your drink. This is best to split 2 or 3 ways.
