Hobgoblin draught, 5/29/25.
Heavily hazy, pale brass-maize-golden. Small, fluffy, white head.
Lightly juicy with a light fruit salad-like character and some more dry, acidic berry. Sparse malts showing cracker and very scant honey. Clean, no resin or alcohol.
Soft, fluffy, lightly juicy with a Motueka-like fruit salad character turning a bit dry and bitter on the finish. Mouthfeel is fluffy, but a touch thin. A bit more malt sweetness/depth would help counteract the dry woodiness of the Simcoe.

5 oz. draft. The aroma fresh citrus zest, pineapple and mild herb. The mouthfeel is soft with almost no bitterness. Packed with citrus, mild tropical hints, and a mild herb. A near perfect NEIPA. I could drink large amounts of this.
