This beautiful, deep pink gose gets it color and earthy undertones from a heap of hibiscus flowers in the fermenter. The fruity tartness of the hibiscus complements the bright acidity of our house culture, with subtle strawberry undertones accentuated by a noticeable saltiness and effervescent carbonation. A little touch of lactose helps round out all the flavors and keep your mouth watering all the way through the pour. Hint of Pretentious will have you drinking with your pinky out.

Can. Hazy gold in color with a three finger head. Aroma is fruity. Taste is sour, fruity with a slight salty finish.

16 oz. can. Date code: 4/10/20. Yep, it has been in my fridge a while. I actually bought this by mistake thinking it was a different beer. So let’s see how this goes. Aroma is rose petals mixed with tart yogurt. Flavor of lactobacillus, flowers, and plenty of salt. Massive tart finish.
