Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris. Appearance is opaque black with no discernible sparkle, finger-width khaki head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong tart fruit along with yeast and latent caramel/malt base. Taste is surprisingly (and pleasantly so) malt forward with maybe a little bit of molasses along with tart fruit/raspberries. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, pleasant alcohol warmth, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, the dark contribution ensures this isn't going to get too tart/sour dominant. For me, it's a great mix of rich malts and tart adjuncts.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is white wine, oak, and raspberries. I am normally not a huge fan of the “dark” saison style but this works. On the pallet I get raspberry upfront, followed by slight oak, earthy funk, and subtle white wine notes. This works out well for me.
