An experimental IPA featuring large Comet and Lotus dry hop additions. The result is something we can’t quickly summize- Oranges:Stonefruit:Vanilla = Delicious. And you’ll have you keep trying it over and over to figure out why.

Can (3/25/20) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Appearance is opaque light brown-yellow with nice sparkle, finger-plus-width foamy white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong grape, melon, milder citrus, hint of herb and mild spent matchstick at the end. Taste is strong initial burst of stone fruit, then hint of herb with late saltine and mild bitter. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation, mild alcohol warmth and sweet fruit finish as taste with light lingering bitterness. Overall, hop mix produces some interesting complexity. More NEIPA than IPA. Nice.

16 oz. can. Canned on 3/25/20 purchased at the source. Aroma shows some apricot, fuzzy peach, yeast. Flavor is apricot, peach, and soft earthy pine bitterness. Balanced. Fruit takes a backseat as it warms.
