Reviewed from notes.
Can to stange.
Appearance: glossy yellow with some transparency closer to the sides of the glass, two and a half fingers of white foamy head slipped off nicely to leave some light messy lace.
Aroma: lemon zest, coriander, sour-ed wheat, light notes of lime then a slight pop of salt
Flavor: mildly tart and sour up front with a subtle crisp zesty to semi-sweet tone underneath; quick finish of the sour-ed wheat with a brush of salt and lemon
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; appropriate smoothness along the tongue until the pop of the sour-ed wheat
Overall: as far as I know this is a very true to style Gose I woud very much welcome again; other than the lime which I guess that was a Barreled Souls thing to add and seemed to fit well

On tap at Barreled Souls, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out the coriander upfront, with a touch of salt and a hint of citrus. Flavour is heavily citric, with plenty of coriander upfront, and moderately salty. Not integrated overly well, but it's drinkable. It's okay.
