The Assorted Treats series was born out of the desire to create a daily-drinking version of our culinary-inspired stouts. Designed to encapsulate some of our favorite after-dinner sweets, our Dessert Series imperial stouts are decadent, rich, and often on the higher end of the ABV spectrum. With Assorted Treats, you won't need a special occasion or group of friends to enjoy a little self-indulgence.
Sweet coconut dipped in decadent chocolate is a simple, yet completely satisfying bite. We've set out to replicate this sensory experience with Coconut Truffle. Pitch black in appearance, aromas of baker's chocolate, fudge, and shredded coconut swirl from the glass. Well-integrated secondary notes of vanilla and marzipan contribute layers of nuance. Mildly sweet, with a gentle warming character and medium carbonation, Coconut Truffle is rich in flavor without overwhelming the palate.

Can thanks to Kenny. It pours jet black with a small tan head. The aroma is sweet, intoxicating, toasted coconut, chocolate cake, gateaux, cookie dough, jammy vibes, roasted malt and coffee grounds. The taste is slick, rich roasted malt, umami, bitter - sweet, charred oak, toothy, toffee, vanilla fudge, toffee crisp, warming alcohol, toasty coconut, deep chocolate character, boozy boost, nutty and praline with a toasted finish. Medium+ body and moderate carbonation. Considering this a dessert beer it is very rounded and moreish.

Canned 1/30/20. Aroma is coconut, warm milk chocolate, soft roast. Throughout the sip is coconut mingled with chocolate and mild sugar tones. Mild roast finish. It is a truffle in a glass. sweetness does start to stack up as you drink.

Pours a dark, oily black, with minimal head. Aroma has a strong chocolate component, some coconut. Flavor is where the coconut really comes through (almost too much so--there's almost a coconut sunscreen element to this). Some vanilla is present as well. Could use a bit more sweetness--it's kind of a bitter coconut-chocolate combo as is.

Pours mahogany tinged black into a tulip. Mocha head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet coconut and vanilla aromas. Medium bodied with creamy vanilla, chocolate and coconut front to back and into the medium length finish.
