We fruited our Berliner Weisse with loads of boysenberries, which taste just like a marionberry, akin to a huckleberry. Then we added lactose sugar & vanilla for a smooth, creamy fruit bomb that's sweet, tart and delicious throughout.

Nice deep reddish / purple color. Flavor shows plenty of Boysenberries, tart with almost no sweetness. Couldn’t find the lactose. Vanilla is soft. Seems like a normal fruited sour. Well done!
