Broom with a base of melted oats and flaked week, and doused with a huge amount of local wildflower honey in the hop back. Fermented with our house ale strain, and aggressively dry hopped with Simcoe, Galaxy, and Michigan-grown Chinook.

32 ounce growler filled at the TH Brew Café 4 days ago. Aroma is honey, ale yeast, floral hints. Flavor has lasting florals, mild honey sweetness, (White grape perhaps) Ends on citrus peel bitterness. Decent balance. ABV is hidden when cold. Nice!
