Bottle shared by JStax, thanks Jeremy. Tanner mentioned the aroma was odd. It kind of is. Flavor shows mild orange, mild vanilla. Hints of the honey. OK as far as mead goes.

(Thanks, Jeremy JStax) Bottle. A- Pond water. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, no head. T- Oranges, vanilla. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, creamy finish. O- The taste is balanced and delicious but I was a little off put by the aroma.

This Mead is a clear pale straw-gold color with a minimal head and legs on the glass. Aroma of citrus, spice and vanilla. Medium body with flavors of orange, spiced apple, vanilla and honey. The finish is fruity with an orange and vanilla aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the Sandusky Kroger bar. Pours a pale, ginger ale color, with lots of bubbles. The nose is smooth vanilla, clover honey, allspice, orange peel, and hay. Sweet and syrupy, with a nice spice. Very light body. Quite fizzy and crisp. This is a light, thoroughly enjoyable mead.
