Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 4.5
Draft/Fest. A- Bland, peppery. A- Gold color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Mild pepper, subtle floral notes. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Not a lot of flavor. Brut doesn't really come across as prickly or dry, just sort of plain.

Flavor is earthy, floral, mild dank. Champagne yeast gives a zippy mouthfeel. Bitterness is low with a lot of lingering earthy/ danky hints. Good
