Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: muddy orange in color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some spotty clingy lace
Aroma: nice blend of sweet grass, funky, oaky, barrel-like, acidic citrusy toned and white grapey scents
Flavor: pretty much mirrors the aromas semi-sweet, woody, and tart; no aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, good as a sipper; some tart sting to my tongue but I was expecting that; finishes acidic, funky and tart
Overall: I get this Grissette as brewed and would welcome this again.

Bottle at home in NH - picked up at Ryan & Casey. Pours unclear gold with a tight, creamy white head. Seriously good stuff, pleasant lemony tang, ole wood dryness, moderate funk, soft bitterness, mellow acidity, salt. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, more lemony acidity, oak, mild funk. Great depth and drinkability. Very impressed by this.

Aroma of oak, bugs, funky yeast. Flavor is tart and funky yet delicate. Lemon juice, and oak throughout the sip. Dry oaky texture. Sour-heads should enjoy this quite well. It is not aggressive at all. A nice brew to introduce somebody to sour ales.
