We are obsessed with only using the best hops, and the best way to do that is to use hops we personally select from specific lots on specific farms. In 2018, we did that with a number of varieties of hops, and we have been brewing single hop beers with each selection for the past few months. It only makes sense that we would brew a beer with all of the lots together. This hazy, juicy Double IPA features intense peachy, tropical, and citrusy aromas and flavors.

Can from the brewery, Thanks Stacey. With the single I got more citrus, light herbal, mild malt. With a juice like texture. This separate’s itself by more herbal, more bitterness with a touch more pine character. No sugar at all. Funny to see how brews can develop. No lactose used here at all.

Crowler shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a cloudy orange juice with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus, dank tropical fruits and a bit of onion underlying. Flavor is quite dank with onion, tropical fruits and citrus with a bit of sweet grains backing.
