We took our Pale Ale recipe and amped it way up with a second dry hopping of experimental Lotus hops, Citra and Lemon Drop.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Onion, garlic and weed aromas. Soft with sweet melon and mango upfront turning to dry pith in the medium length finish.

Can from Candia road Slightly hazy light gold in color with a bubbly white head that persists. Crisp bready maltiness with bits of earthy citrus lemon and pine. Really tasty beer.

6 oz. draft at the brewery. Flavor has lemons, herbal hints with some house yeast. Moderately bitter with a grapefruit / pine cone mixture. Pine, no resin. Still shows a good malt backbone. If my refrigerator didn’t already have 20 cans in it, I would have taken home a 4 pack. Enjoyable.

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is hazy piss yellow with no discernible sparkle, thin ring of off-white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is fruit and pine. Taste is pine, citrus, grapefruit, mild herb and late bitter. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation with a dry finish as taste. Overall, good with some complexity but elements aren't working entirely seamlessly.
