We fruited our base Berliner Weisse with copious amounts of raspberries & blackberries, then added lactose sugar & vanilla. The result is a smooth, creamy beer that strikes the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

6 oz. draft. Hazy red. Aroma shows berries, lots of berries. Shoe leather. Flavor is plenty sweet with the berries. But add the milk sugar and it gets sweeter. Yes there is some lactic sourness... sort of balances the brew. Trendy beer. The year of milk sugar continues. Will it ever end?!
