The malt profile is light and simple by design, allowing this beer to finish on the drier side. This creates a super refreshing IPA with loads of hop character. Liberally hopped with Idaho 7, Calypso and Lemon Drop, expect bright pineapple notes paired with spicy, candied orange.

6 oz. half pour at the brewery. Nearly clear gold color. Aroma has a light herbal hint with subtle citrus. Flavor reflects the aroma, mild bitterness with the effervescent mouth / texture you would expect from the “style”. Crisp.

Pours gold into a shaker. Bright head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Citrus aromas. Soft with marshmallow upfront turning to lemon and citrus before the lasting pine finish.
