Brewery draught, 12/6/25.
Minimally hazy, pineapple-golden with a small, wispy, white head.
Brett is front-and-center, backed by biscuity, bready malt and soft, fruity and peppery hops. Not overdone or overexpressed, nor does it seem to be overattenuated. Lots of stone fruit and pineapple character with a touch of earth and medicinal character (not bad medicinal character).
Quite nicely-textured for its small size. Some deep malt adding white bread and biscuit. Fruity, peppery, gently acidic Brett balances and adds good complexity. Maybe a touch of a preponderance of breadiness/acid on the end, as the glass gets near the bottom, but otherwise very well-done with a ton of flavor and texture for its size.

4 oz. at the source. Hazy grapefruit juice appearance. Aroma is funk with hints of old apricots, dust. Flavor is a nice blend of fruity notes and funky Brett. Hints of dusty basement. A nice young Brett Pale.

Sample at the NH Brewers Association Brewfest. Hazy murky light grapefruit yellow color. Bready earthly with plenty of citrus tropical earthy grassy hops and bits of funkiness. .
