Elder ale, brewed with A plethora of special Kmart. Boiled for an extended period of time and ever so gently hopped in the kennel with Loral. Fermented and conditioned and stainless steel for many moons. Cozy and heartwarming.

8 oz. draft at the Brew Café. Very deep brown color. Aroma is molasses, chocolate, dark fruits, yeast. Flavor is layered malts. Brown sugar, caramel, and perhaps toasted brownie. The texture is nice and dry and has a medium body. Has a touch of earthy bitterness to balance the malts.
