Can at the July DC RB mini-tasting. Poured a yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was sweet, perhaps too sweet. Very light fruit. Lacking in a bolder body that could bring this one up a bit more.

Lots of malt, and fairly light on the hops. Pours orange with ok head. Kind of imbalanced. Can from a trade.

12 oz. can. In aroma, light malts, very non-descript. Flavor shows a light malt with biscuit notes, maybe a honey hint? And that is searching for something. The body is light and watery. I am glad this is not my 1st impression of this brewery because this is like drinking a mass produced lager. Nothing offensive but I am left searching for the beer.

Can pour into shaker pint glass from Greg & Jane’s Beer and Wine. Appearance is slightly hazy golden orange with nice sparkle, finger-width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is bread dough, yeast, light fruit. Taste is bready malts, light honey. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with foamy texture, fizzy carbonation (stinging the tongue) with crisp, malty finish. Overall, pretty one dimensional. Not bad, but I’m glad beer has evolved.

Can from Bert’s Crystal clear deep golden color with a bubbly white head. Bready earthy lightly fruity with a hint of mineral water. I don’t really understand what this is supposed to be. A bit sweet some alcohol, I give up.
