Sorachi can be a tricky mistress, and many shy away from it. But not team Wylam, our stoic Geordies laugh in the face of sorachi! Dill, actual dill on the nose, along with lemongrass and some spice. A mildly creamy mouthfeel with some slight sweetness from the malt and more of that good herbaceous coriander and lemon action. Yes please!
