16 oz can poured into a tulip. Black with thin tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, maple syrup, roasty notes, malt. Tastes of dark chocolate, vanilla, light maple syrup, roasty notes, light coffee, some malt. Full body with a dry finish. Tasty imperial stout, as advertised.

Acquired in a trade with Chalumeaux. Can dated 10/24/17. Fast diminishing tan had on a black liquid. Aroma is very faint vanilla with white English ale yeast. The flavor has an underlying maple sweetness with notes of the vanilla and chocolate. The alcohol is not really hidden, pretty obvious.
Overall, it is just ok. It shows no roasted malt and is heavy on the maple. Could use more body and something to balance the sweetness.
