4 oz. draft at Iowa TapRoom, Des Moines, IA. Almost see through dark brown color. Is this a brown ale or porter?? Aroma is caramel malt, weak nuts, earthy note. Flavor has a weak roasted malt backbone. Very weak earthy bitterness. Body is very watery and thin. Mouthfeel is more water then malts character. It is not undrinkable, but could use some work.

on tap-retaining lt tan-dk brown. A-roasty med malt. T-follows. Medium body.
