Aus der Flasche im 2016-08 getrunken. Ein süffiges Pale Ale gebraut mit Hollunder. Der Hollunder hält den Hopfeneinfluß sehr schön unter Kontrolle und macht sich sehr gut zu den leichten Citrusnoten des Pale Ale. Ein schönes süffiges Sommerbier.

[ As Svaneke Handfood Dream Girl ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sugary, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, cardboard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, hay, light grass, cardboard notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, wheat, grain, fruit, flowers elderflowers. Flavor is light sweet, malty, grain, little citrus, lemon, elderflowers. Medium body, average carbonation. 081216

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of.....close to nothing. Perhaps a little oranges. Medium body, malty fruity with an indistinct bitter finish. Rough and unrefined APA. Such a pity that Svaneke seems to be turning into more and more of a low quality discount producer of beers completely lacking any soul whatsoever. 200616

50 cl. bottle. Hazy, golden-amber colour with a thin, white head. Spicy aroma with elderflower, citrus, pale malts and a perfumed note. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with mild citrus, bread and a toasted note. Okay, but not really for my likings.

Bottle. Pours hazy dar straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of fruit, malt and elderflower, with some estery notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast, elderflower and citrus and touches of malt. Estery and mildly acidic aftertaste. Refreshing. Reasonable.
