Sampled at the brewery alongside HuskerTan and MetalNHopHead. Aroma is subtle Belgian yeast, straw and subtle. Body is light with a nice dry texture. The yeast is displayed very well with the Brett really, really subtle.
Maybe served to cold. The brewer didn’t go crazy with the Brett. Very subtle and easy to drink.

Draft. A- Citrus, bready. A- Amber color, hazy liquid, tan head. T- Subtle rye, bready, citrus, mild caramel. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bready finish. O- I haven’t had enough in this style to really appreciate it. This certainly wasn’t bad, but I’m not sure it’s my thing. Didn’t get any Brett or funk as suggested. Pretty tame and unassuming.
