32 oz. Crowler from Prost, North Hampton, NH. Deep brown color with a thin beige head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, fruity yeast esters, and alcohol.
Flavor is strong toffee, mild hops, alcohol warming and light roast. Light notes of tobacco. The brew has a medium body with a soft, smooth mouthfeel. Nice beer, for such a young Old Ale it has a lot of flavor.

Crowler from Bert’s Quite a dark brown with a huge frothy tan head that persists. Huge fruity esters with some chocolate, toffee and caramel backing it up. Light smoke and tobacco as well as a faint warming alcohol. That’s a pretty stand up Old Ale right there.
