12 oz. Bottle, thanks Willrunforbeer! Totally clear pale yellow. Aroma is a light, mild wildflower honey, nothing more.
Flavor is weak wildflower and honeycomb. Very thin body with an extremely dry texture. The body is very thin and really mild on flavor.

A hazed blonde mead with no head. In aroma, honey with light chalky character, light funk, similar to chicha, grassy, nice. In mouth, a watery light honey mead with light mineral notes, OK if a bit boring. On tap at Vermont Cheese Fest 2015.
