Draft. Hazy orange is color without any type of head. Aroma is big on heather, weak berries and a sourness that reminds me of grounded up Sweet Tarts.

The only hint of the regular William Wallace I pick out is the Heather tips. The herbal hints are balanced by a lactic sourness. The Heather lingering for a good while after the sip. It also has a sassy, tang in the finish. I actually really enjoyed this. Butch brews another unique gruit, well done sir!
