Sampled at the source. Deep brown in color without any head. Aroma is herbal with tea leaves, junpier berry and Christmas spice.
The flavor is much like the aroma with plenty of herbal hints throughout. Juniper is down played and the brew does have a light sweetness in the finish. Very mellow chocolate. Body is medium with the texture coming off spicy and dry.
