4oz. Sample that was served with a mini orange slice. After I tossed the orange slice I could still smell citrus on top a deep ashy roasted grain.

The flavor shows the Belgium yeast strain through the center and lasts until the finish. Orange peel gives a mild citrus pith bitterness that is mild. The body is a medium girth. Honestly, this brew was the most interesting in the sample flight. Interesting and fun rescipe. Enjoyable
