Small pink head, rapidly dwindling over clear adobe coloured beer. Sour nose, lactic acid, wild yeasts, red fruit, bit of lemon. Pretty lambic-like. Puckeringly sour fruit beer, with red berries, lactic acid and lemonjuice; wood. Seriously astringent, lipsmacking acidity, serious acidthinning. Dry-out effect, and something similar backthroat. Feels much better carbonated than its near-dead looks. Somebody ought to try to sell the American sour brewers the idea of "mals". 8/4/8/3/17

Thanks jinroh for sharing the bottle! Poured into a tulip showing moderately filtered cherry red with no head. The nose shows strong notes of tart blueberry. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Intensely tart with light blueberry throughout.

CBS vertical tasting @ Tim's. Bottle picked up from Beerfox, Riga. Pours interestingly hued light red or dark pink or light blueberry violet. Nose has some blueberry seeds and skins, light funk and some tartness. Touch of baby puke - in a good way. Taste is tart, light vinegar, good level of acidity, not too much. Blueberries coming out more in the finish, good tart treat that should be paired with rich danish pastries with blueberries.

Bottle picked up from Beer Gonzo, shop, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home Sunday 3rd December 2017 whilst cooking homemade Chicken and Mushroom Pie and Truffle Mash. We drink this beer in memory of our dear friend Neil who passed away last night. Pours cherry red, good clarity, looks lovely, looks like vimto, the head swiftly departed. A lovely berry tartness, wonderfully tangy and a lovely mouth zapper, makes me think 'zowie cavie'. It has a dry lengthy finish, getting a little bit of sour yoghurt. Really good. On tap at Crooked Stave, pours an opaque cloudy bright dark pinkish red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bright tart blueberries, wild yeast, and oak barrels. Flavour is complex, with nicely puckering blueberries, followed by moderate wild yeast present and with a touch of woody oak. Another excellent fruited sour.

Pours a dark red, very little foam.
I smell funky blueberries, other fruit (?), acidic sourness.
Tart blueberries, apricot, mild funk, less acidic than what I got in the smell.
Light bodied and enjoyable. I would have preferred at least some berry sweetness but I can’t complain much.
