500 ml bottle thanks to reggiedunlop, much love. Snifter shows a black liquid with thin whisky head. Aroma shows light roast /caramel up front and a hint of red wine.
WOW! That is some BIG ass red wine barrel influence. The sourness comes from tannic oak with notes of pitted fruits. (Plums, cherries, red grapes) The oak has slowly started to take over in this beer but it still has a nice roast you, chocolate base with some caramel sweetness. Very happy for the chance to try this.
