Taster pour at Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Across America. Aroma is restrained esters and yeasty tart. Appearance is light brown with small head and lacing. Taste is banana, citrus, clove. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft-to-average carbonation with balance of sweet and tart finish. Overall, refreshing with good balance between sweet and tart.

Draft at the source. Bright gold color, lasting head retention. Aroma shows German yeast, banana, clove, mild spice.
Flavor has has all the correct yeast byproducts. My favorite thing about this brew is the creamy mouthfeel with a lightly spice finish. Very well executed and a pleasure to drink.
