A golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with nice banana esters with cloves, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cloves, curacao, cilantro, fruity esters with powdery character, well balanced yet in your face Saison. On tap at brewery.

On tap at APEX. Pours a clear orange color with a medium white head. A big fruity nose, pepper, lemons. A light banana estery base, big fruit, pepper, pear. Yeasty and citrus finish. Solid.

On tap at apex Portland. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is banana spice and some clove. Taste is as the nose malts belg yeast and some spice.

Draft at the brew pub. Very hazy cloudy color.with thin head. Aroma is grain, oranges and yeast. The flavor show a very light amount of orange citrus with the spicy yeast kicking in the finish. Nice.
