Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Draft at Pro Pig. Bread malt and citrus hop nose ( lemons and grapefruit). Taste is subtle citrus hops with a moderate pine bitterness toward the finish. Bitterness dries out the texture and lingers very slightly.
Overall impression is this is crisp, mildly bitter pale ale with a nice citrus and pine ratio. Basic and simple however, refreshing and very easy drinking.
