Draft at Pro Pig. Unfiltered gold color thin head. Nose is musty grain, floral and a trace of citrus.

The flavor is a mild citrus, dusty wheat with some a big milled grain body. Some residual sugar. Maybe left over from grain? Perhaps. Almost shows bitterness but a good amount of sugar and sweet grain. Carbonation is slightly fizzy. A little more fine tuning and this will be nice.
