Flavor light and refreshing. Grainy texture with yeast being the main player. Hints of citrus, honey and herbal notes on the backend. Hints of pepper. The body and finish is very clean. What it lacks in flavor it makes up for in traditional classic brewing style. Hand crafted really well, just wish it had a bit more pop. Maybe the addition of an exotic ingredient to put it over the top. Don’t get me wrong still worth a try for sure!
