Sample at the Nano brewery. Orangish amber without head. The aroma and flavor have tart citrus, mildly spicy, wheat grass, some syrupy sweetness in the finish. I really didn’t pick up much in the way of yeast. I love this style but for me; something just didn’t sit right. I also didn’t get the peppercorn. Well I guess everybody is entitled to a few miscues. Over people at the pub enjoyed it tonight…. Perhaps I will give it another try if they decide to brew it again.
