Draft at the brew pub. Could gold in color thin lasting head. Nose is similar to the taste. Taste is herbal hoppy, elderflower and pale malts. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry texture with light grassy/ floral notes in the finish. This is the base for their new single hop series. Stand-alone all by itself it’s just ok.

On tap at the Southern New Hampshire Brewers Fest 7/26/2013 Pours a slightly cloudy light golden color with a decent sized white head . Smells of spicy and floral hops with a moderate amount of honey like bready malt to back it up. The flavor follows the aroma quite well, lots of hops with a twinge of bitterness backed up by a solid sweet malty backbone. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. Nice beer, my first from earth eagle and it won’t be my last.
