Draft @ brewery. Hazy gold without a trace of head. Nose is indeed sour. Funky yeast, mossy wood and dirty socks. Flavor has a big pucker in the taste buds. Sourness may come from wood because they did not use bacteria. Some mystery herbs were placed in the mash, according to the very regular bartender that works at the brewery. Herbal and sour. Again these gentleman love the gruits. Interesting and very different sourness from the ingredients. I had 8 oz of this brew and still had to contemplate what I was tasting.
