Sample from the Granite State Brewers Festival 7/25/15 Spicy earthy with light phenols and some rich kettle carmelization and light fruits. Nice Brew.

Thin tan-hazy brown/copper. A-banana, med malt-nutty, earthy. T-banana-some yeast, nutty-med malt, some earthy hops

Draft @ Martha’s.16 oz. glass shows me deep dark brown with a thick white foam. Very nice German yeast nose with the expected aromas of Banana and bubble gum with hints of barley, nice. Wheat malt, cloves, banana notes, traces of bublegum with a healthy amount of roasted malt and something resembling roasted barley. Texture is nice and creamy with a lightly sweet after taste. Very well crafted and I ordered two since I love to find a fresh German style on draft.
