Wirklich schönes Weizen, das sich mit den deutschen Vertretern messen kann. Süffig, cremig, sehr aromatisch, Nelke, geiles Teil.

Draft@J. Ryan’s, standard pint shows classic hazy gold without head. Nose is wonderful yeast priorities. Flavor is.traditional for the style, bananas, clove,notes of bubblegum. Mouthfeel is medium with a chewy yeast. Really well made made with a true German years strain.

growler-pours cloudy yellow with a tight white head. Aroma is lemon and clove. Taste is clove/herbal bitter, then fades to lemon/coriander, sweet light malt/wheat, yeast, some banana.

A hazed blonde weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, light banana cloves, and light sulfur. In mouth, a smooth chalky banana malt with light cloves, a bit thin. On tap at TAP NY, April 28, 2012.
